Sweet little Reagan came to my studio this week. She is 15 days old and slept sooooo well. I sure do love sleepy babies 
Mom brought the little white headband below and I thought about “accidentally” keeping it. So cute and just what I’ve been looking for.
Doesn’t she look like the most peaceful baby? And I even got one of her smiling!
First off, this is a total over share – Way too many photos.
But, this little guy is special to me. He is the first “graduate” of my baby plan! I started my new baby plan one year ago, right before Alex came to me for his newborn shoot. How exciting it has been for me to be able to see him grow up. He has changed so much!

I am just so excited to show his One Year Photos. He did amazingly well. So well, that I could not narrow pick fewer than 10 favorites to share. I could probably have picked 20, but this is supposed to be a “sneak peek”, not the entire session

I think I might be missing adult interaction sometimes… love my little babies that I photograph, but it sure is nice to work with adults sometimes. I mean, this session was done in 25 minutes. Wow. Seriously. And I got some gorgeous shots of this awesome couple.
I’m sure they thought I was a little crazy. Well, mostly because I am. But, maybe because I have had so many baby/kid sessions in the last few months that I might have forgotten how to behave myself around people over 5 years of age!
Sometimes Black and White just speaks to me. And well, it definitely did for this session. Enjoy guys! Hope you had a blast with the session and hope you have a great wedding.
Little Olivia came for her newborn photography session this week and what a cutie she is! She’s only 8 Days old in these photos – isn’t she TINY? Tiny, but super strong. She decided that she did not want to participate in her photo shoot – She did not want to do any of my poses. But, as always, I’m flexible and very patient. I just waited for her to pass out and Voila, beautiful photos for mom and dad to cherish! And hopefully, in about a week or so, they will forget how long this session took and only have fond memories of our time together

This sweet little boy has gotten so big since his newborn session! So incredibly handsome too His mom dressed him in the perfect outfit for our downtown McKinney Photography session. And he was all smiles (well, with a little bit of work from his mama).
Six months is such a fun age. I love how they can sit up and stand with assistance, yet they are unable to get away. So, perfect time for a photoshoot. Here’s Mr. Blake and his 6 month session:
When my good friend, Jennifer, asked me to do her newborn photos, I was absolutely thrilled!!!! There is no better compliment than a friend trusting me with their precious baby. When she came for her session, she said “do whatever you want, you’re the expert”. And I was even more thrilled. Because she just gave me total license to do whatever I wanted. Her only request was that we used my favorite little polka dot bucket
We have so many awesomely perfect shots that I had to do a pretty big posting. I might add more later, just because I have way too many favorites. Little Jillian is so sweetly adorable. Congrats to Jennifer and her husband, Jacky. I wish you guys all the best!
As a side note – Please do NOT attempt the hanging hammock baby pose without prior knowledge of how this shot is obtained. At no time was this baby actually “hanging” in the air as is implied from the photograph. Remember – safety is always more important than getting “the shot”.
Three months old is notoriously hard for photos. However, I was able to get some adorable little smiles out of Ronin. He was so cue in my little owl hat. Hope mom loves the photos!
So many sleepy baby girls this month! Another little one that slept like an angel for the better part of the session. It might be because little Ms. Elizabeth was only 7 days old – all she wants is to sleep and eat. Oh, she had the sweetest little face and I so enjoyed putting her into poses that showed it off. So, here is baby Elizabeth!
I have been so extremely lucky this month – a bunch of sleepy babies. I love it. It’s been a crazy month so far, with all of these little ones keeping me on my toes. This sweet little Sarai was only 8 days old for her photo shoot and she slept so beautifully for for pretty much the entire time. I just love how adorable she looks in the first photo. Mom brought the headband and it looks great on her.

Little Davis was such a dream to photograph. He slept so nicely for the first half of the session, which sure did make my job easy! He is such a calm little boy and I had so much fun sneaking little cuddles with him.
And isn’t that mohawk just the cutest thing you’ve ever seen?! I just love it! I honestly smile when I look at these photos and I know that mom will be smiling too

I was lucky enough to meet little miss Alexis last week. And she is such a happy baby (and a GREAT sleeper too!). I got a ton of cute shots of this little girl. I seem to have an obsession with black and whites this week, so that’s how I’m showing a few of these shots. But, don’t worry, I have them in color too Mom is going to have a tough time picking out her favorites because I know I sure did. I’m happy to announce little Miss Alexis!!!!

Another one of my awesome returning families came back to me for a Spring Mini Session! I photographed mom’s maternity session, the twins Newborn photos this past October, and now a spring session. And little Emma was looking adorable, especially when she gave me a “real” smile. But, I love her silly smiles too, which is why I had to include the one with her tongue out. These are the moments you want to remember (and have record of) when the kids are in High School

Had a fantastic time photographing some of my favorite families last weekend. I truly love and appreciate it when my clients return to me for sessions. I had the pleasure of photographing Abigail as a newborn in September, then the family for a Christmas Session, and now I get to see them for the spring too!

Here is little Mason at 8 days old. He has to be the cutest little “monster” I’ve ever seen. Every time I look at the these photos, I just have to smile. He looks like the most precious sleepy, little baby! He was not exactly into the posing that I typically like to do for my little clients. However, we still got some fantastic shots of this little guy. Mason, you were too much fun! And here he is!

I can’t believe it has been 9 months since I did Ms. Lily’s Newborn Portraits. She was such an adorable and tiny little baby and now she is almost a toddler. We took her to downtown McKinney for her Photo Shoot this weekend and had such a great time. She was so smiley and happy and didn’t fuss a bit as we made her change her outfit three times! I can’t wait until she is walking – I’m sure I won’t be able to keep up with her!
